FOUR 10 lb STANDARD 1 CAP. These plates were a part of a Pro Style dumbbell set believed to be from the early 90s. They were very rusted, but after sanding them down to pure metal, and repainting them matte black, they look practically new again! Do not be surprised if you do find some wear, but for the most part these weights are in awesome shape, and the fact theyre vintage make them that much cooler! These specific plates are Sharpie red rougue on the numbers of the weights, see pictures for more details.
